Empathetic & compassionate
Supporting you at your own pace on your personal journey through grief, loss, and bereavement.
Whether you feel powerless or are struggling to cope, my goal is to provide the support you need.
Counselling may be sought for various reasons. These can include the loss of a loved one, a life-altering event or injury, or a recent medical diagnosis. Other factors might be the end of a relationship or divorce, job loss, and major transitions like retirement or relocation. Additionally, family disagreements, financial hardship, or personal struggles can also contribute to the need for support.
About Me
I have over 15 years of experience in senior nursing roles across the NHS and private sector. During my nursing career, I found myself drawn to the counselling aspects of my role and this passion inspired me to pursue my dream of studying and transitioning into a Certified Counsellor.
I bring a wealth of skills and expertise to my private practice and this has given me a deep understanding of the diverse needs of those navigating bereavement. I draw upon this experience to offer personalised counselling that provides compassionate support, meeting you exactly where you are on your unique journey towards inner peace.
I am dedicated to offering an empathetic and kind approach, especially during heart-breaking times. My commitment is to make a meaningful, lasting difference in your life by providing the support you need to find the tools to cope, navigate your grief, and begin to rebuild.

Syringa
The Syringa trees in my grandparents' garden are a treasured memory for me. Their flowers symbolize hope, clarity and resilience.
